Update your Personal Information

Change of Legal Name

In order to amend the name on your Licence, you will need to provide us with a copy of your passport in your new legal name. Once you have submitted the form below please email a copy of your passport to licensing@clc-uk.org.

As per our Universal Guidance the CLC will only issue a licence in an individual’s legal name as stated on their Passport, therefore should you wish for the name on your licence be amended, this would need to reflect on your passport.
