Consumer Reference Group

The Consumer Reference Group brings together people who share their knowledge, ideas and real-life experiences as consumers. The group advises and constructively challenges us. This helps us make our rules, processes, and resources better for the public.

Chaired by Teresa Perchard, previous CLC Council Member and experienced consumer advocate, contributors include:

• Paula Higgins - HomeOwners Alliance, and Leasehold Advisory Service (NED)
• Louise Baxter MBE - The Property Ombudsman board (NED), and various other roles
• Legal Services Consumer Panel - Lola Bello, Head of Consumer Panel
• The Legal Ombudsman.

This is an advisory group. It does not make decisions. The individual contributors represent their own views and do not necessarily represent those of their organisation(s).

We may invite additional guest contributors for specific agenda items, as appropriate.
