HSBC Panel Registration Now Open

We wrote to you on 23rd September with details of the agreement with HSBC that will enable all Licensed Conveyancer firms to act for HSBC as well as the home buyer. Read that message again.

Registering as a user will enable CLC-regulated firms to receive conveyancing instructions and download relevant legal documentation to be able to act for HSBC as well as the home buyer. Registration is now open and instructions are being sent to HOLPs and preferred contacts in firms.

These arrangements are designed to ensure client confidentiality and the communications you will receive as part of the registration and user verification process have been agreed between CLC and HSBC.

CLC firms that have previously had a registration to use the Lender Exchange system whilst a CQS firm are asked to register again.

Firms are not required to inform HSBC when they have completed their registration or if there is a future change of user or firm details. Decision First manage that process for HSBC with the CLC keeping HSBC informed of firm detail changes.

*Lender Exchange for HSBC is a different system and will require different log in credentials to the ‘Lender Exchange’ for firms registering for other lender panels such as Lloyds and Santander.
