Do you hold a Law Degree, a Legal Practice Course (LPC) or other recognised legal qualifications? If that’s the case, you may be eligible to some exemption. Your chosen training provider will confirm any exemptions before you start studying. Anyone with a Law Degree obtained in England and Wales can usually progress straight to the Level 6 Diploma. LPC students may have some requirements.
If you hold an LPC, Level 6 CLC or CILEx qualifications, then you should check whether these are valid. If not, then you may be required to update some legal and technical knowledge.
