September 2017 Newsletter

Getting ready for licence renewal

We are getting ready for licence renewal and this year we have set up a dedicated renewal email address, renewal@clc-uk.org.

All correspondence relating to renewal will be sent from this address and you will be able to contact our Renewal Team directly through this email if you have any queries.

We will be contacting all Nominated Practice Contacts (NPC) in September to confirm the practice details and payment method in advance of making payment for practice and individual licences in October.

We will be asking NPC’s if your practice will be making a bulk payment for individual licences, and if so, confirming the payment method.  If your practice does not currently pay the practice fee and compensation fund contribution by Direct Debit, we will give you the opportunity to do so.

This year, declarations will be sent out to all individuals to complete and return in advance of being able to make payment for their licence. They will be sent by email for you to sign and send back to our Renewals Team.

If you are a Nominated Practice Contact, look out for the first email by Friday 15th September from our Renewals Team.
