Find a Licensed Conveyancer

What is Conveyancing?

When buying or selling either a residential or commercial property, consumers have always known they would need a lawyer to act on their behalf. Until 1987, only a solicitor could be used when dealing with property transactions. However, in 1987, Parliament brought in Licensed Conveyancers to put an end to the solicitor’s monopoly.

Consumers are now realising there is a choice to use a specialist property lawyer over a solicitor to deal with all aspects of their property transactions.

Moving house can be stressful enough which is why Licensed Conveyancers are trained to deal with all aspects of property law, making the transaction run smoothly for the client.
